Breathwork with Nissy is a space to slow down, prioritise yourself, get grounded and breathe in a way that suits you.

Nissy is a certified CPCAB Breathwork Coach who delivers guided 1:1 and group breathwork practice to help you release stored stress, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your inner self. Each journey is as unique as you are.

As well as this, Nissy has many years experience working with people who have experienced trauma, and brings this trauma-informed approach to her breathwork coaching.

Her approach blends calming, balancing and energising breathwork to support healing on a physical, mental, and energetic level.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, burnout, sleep difficulties, emotional blocks, or simply craving time to relax and restore, this is the place for you.

Each session is an invitation to let go of what no longer serves you and create room for learning, clarity, balance, and renewal.
